SweetStamps #69: Bleach

Hi Sweet Sweets-
Today at SweetStamps we have a fun challenge for you.
I have used this technique maybe once or twice before, so I knew that I was going to love revisiting it this week.
This weeks challenge is to use:
BLEACH
That’s right bleach!!!  You can use it to color in an entire image or use it to highlight certain parts of an image. Here is a tutorial from Splitcoaststampers HERE and HERE
Here is my sample:
SS#69
The butterfly has been stamped on kraft cardstock. Then with a small paint brush and a very small amount of bleach colored in the open spaces. So the bleach then turned the kraft cardstock yellow.  There is no residual smell of bleach once it has dried!!!
This is a box card that I made using another tutorial found on Splitcoaststampers HERE. I was on a hunt for doing something fresh, so I went to Splitcoaststampers was the place for me!!  LOL
I love the way that this all came together, but there is more.
There is a little something inside once you remove the belly band and open up the box.

So what do you think?  Very cool huh!!!
If you have never tried this technique before, I really encourage you to try it.  It is loads of fun, but a word of advice.  Add a dot of bleach to the cardstock you intend to use first, before stamping on a whole piece.  That way you don’t waste cardstock and you know if you like the color or not.
