Trying a new technique w/ Puddle Jumper Reagan

Hello again-

So I this technique is very new to me, never tried it before and I'm not sure what I think yet.
It's called spotlighting!!!  It didn't feel quite normal cutting out portions of a fully colored image!!!  This way out of my norm, but i did it and I hope you like it.

Here is my card:

I used Puddle Jumper Reagan and K& Company, Carolyn Gavin: Greenhouse patterned paper. Isn't she just the cutest thing with her little poodle!!
