{SS} March Monthly Technique Challenge

Good morning!!
I am a tad bit posting my card for SweetStamps Monthly Technique Challenge.
So this months challenge is:
Stamping with Markers
I have been seeing this style of card being made and I could not wait to try it out!!
I used Queen Anne's Wildflowers Silhouette for my card sample today.
The image has been colored with Distress Markers.  Once I finished coloring the image, I misted the stamp from about 12 inches away.  I do this so that I don't get puddles of water drops on the stamp.
This is what the image looked like once I stamped it onto the watercolor paper.
It was really pretty just like that, but the next step is what makes it even more beautiful.  Once the image has completely dried, I inked the stamp with embossing ink and stamped the same image on top and overlapping the previous image.  Then I heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Pretty right!?!
You can achieve a similar with Copic markers, if you mist the stamp with alcohol or the blending solution!!  So give a try and share with us what you come it with!!
