Here is the inspirational photo we were provided to work with. 
Isn't this so beautiful!! I love this gorgeous plate setting, wrapped in the blinged out rings!!
So for my card today, I grabbed the following items from the photo:
Silver, bling and snowflake

So I had these gorgeous papers from Webster's Pages: It's Christmas, so when I saw the snowflake paper, it created the direction of how I was going to create this card.
The snowflake is an SVG file from Silhouette, using silver metallic paper from Worldwin. 
I dust added glossy accents to the tips and dip them in Glitter Glass.  Added a white snowflake brad and crystal bling to the center.  The sentiment is from IBS: Holiday Sentiments
Stamped and embossed in silver embossing powder.
