I just wanted to remind you that you still have a few more days to join in on the Fall/Halloween challenge that we have going on at the Baby Buds site. If you weren't able to grab the freebie, you can visit the Baby Bud Etsy Store, to purchase one there.
I am so excited about showing you my card today.
Here is what I did:
I dressed the front of the transparency card with the pirate costume.
The treasure chest is a paper piecing template that I found here. The treasure chest is sitting on pop dots,
so that I could pace a magnet behind it, to help keep the card close.
This is a side view of what the front looks like, once it opens.
This is baby bud Jack without his costume.
Is has really been overcast here, so that is why the pictures are not so great!!!
I had so much fun putting this card together. I know it looks really plain, but I didn't want to over do it with the wrong patterned paper and you can really never go wrong with craft!! LOL!!!
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Bee Crafty Challenge #40: Halloween
Thanks for stopping by and I will see you soon.
Hugs,
Calypso
