CropStop #74: Monochromatic

Morning!
First off, thank you for stopping by my blog this morning!
It has been a very warm week here and I am loving it!!!

Today at CropStop, we have a new challenge for you.
This weeks challenge is:
MONOCHROMATIC

My favorite colors to play with when it comes to mono colors are browns.
So here is my card sample:
CS#74
Close up of the butterfly:
At first glimpse at the card it looks like giraffe print.
Or is it just me? LOL
The embossing is actually Daisy's.
I used my Spellbinders Butterfly dies, pearl and pop dots, to give the card a little more life.

So Monochromatic colors.
Make sure to check out CropStop and check out the amazing projects the design team created this week.
Hope you will join us.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Lia Stampz #18
Mema' Crafts: Just Words
Frilly and Funkie: Kraft and Twine
4 Crafty Chicks: MonoChromatic
Milk Coffee
Southern Girls #46

Hugs,
Calypso

  8. The way you have blended the butterflies in with the exact patterns and shading is really cool. Wonderful patters, colors and textures - really compels the viewer to run their fingers over it. A wonderfully unique piece of work - thanks so much for sharing it with us at Filly and Funkie this fortnight!
